Terms and Conditions

1.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold equipment for the date of the event. In the event lessee requests a date change, At Your Service MI, LLC will re-book a new date if we have equipment availability. Final payment is due one day prior to the delivery date. By paying deposit, client agrees to all terms and conditions of rental contract.

2.  All tent rentals include equipment, set-up, and teardown. An additional delivery fee may be assessed for deliveries outside of a 20-mile radius to 48315. If extension cords must be used the lessee must provide their own.

Typical delivery days are as follows: 1-3 days before the event.

4. Typical pick-ups days are 1-3 days after the event.

5.  For specific setup/delivery times, please call no less than 1 week in advance.

  All rentals are considered a one-day rental unless specified otherwise on the invoice. Additional charges may apply if rental is extended or not ready to be picked up the day after the event.

7.  Deliveries/pickup dates can be moved, depending on inclement weather or workload.

8.  Deliveries are given a 2–4-hour time frame. Courtesy calls are placed the evening prior to delivery day to review delivery instructions.

9.  If items must be transported to a specific area, i.e. upstairs, elevators or any point where extra time is involved, customer will be responsible for additional charges.

10.  If you set up the equipment, it is also your responsibility to break it down into stacks and return it to the place it was delivered.

11.  Customer is responsible to ensure tent & equipment location is completely clear of all obstructions PRIOR TO At Your Service MI arriving at event location for tent installation or takedown.

12.  Rental items from At Your Service MI must be left stacked under tent for pick up in a secure location.

13.  Contact person needs to be on location for tent placement needs to be decided and communicated to At Your Service MI prior to tent delivery and installation. Additional fees will be applied if tent installation is delayed because either requirement was not met. Tents will not be moved once erected, without incurring an additional charge.

14.  Keep in mind that overhead clearance (i.e., electrical wires, tree branches, etc.) is also necessary.

15.  It is the customer’s responsibility to know the permit restrictions/codes for the event location. At Your Service MI is not responsible for reimbursement of tent rentals for customers who did not check permit policies / codes enforced by local or state agencies.

16.  In the event of harsh weather, (severe thunderstorms, tornados, high winds, etc.), please evacuate the tent and do not try to take care of any tent related problems yourself. If anything happens, please call At Your Service MI and we will handle the situation ASAP.

17.  The lessee is responsible for all equipment from the point of delivery until pick-up. The lessee will also take on full responsibility and will be held liable for any damages that occur to any/all equipment. Lessees will be charged for damaged, broken, lost or stolen equipment at the replacement expense.

18.  All rented equipment must be free of materials such as food, ribbon, tape, balloons, tablecloths, etc. prior to pick up, or a cleaning charge will be assessed. Please do not use any dyed paper décor on tents. Dye will permanently damage equipment.

19.  Damage to lawn or property may result due to vehicle and trailer weight, as well as stakes and other necessary tools to keep the tent stabilized. Lessee must ensure that the area in which the tent must be installed is ready at time of set up. Area must be free of obstructions and animal feces prior to arrival.  Lessee is responsible to know where all sprinkler systems, water/gas/electrical lines are prior to our arrival. We strongly encourage calling 1800 MISS DIG.  At Your Service MI, LLC will not be responsible for damages caused to these areas.

20.  Quotes and proposals do not guarantee rental item(s) availability.

21.  Final payment is non-refundable, whether items are used or not. (Client cancellation, inclement weather, etc.).

22.  Equipment, upon return, is inspected. Clients will be charged for any damages to equipment that cannot be attributed to normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to assess charges for broken, missing, and damaged items up to 72 hours after items have been returned and inspected.

23. Tents: NO OPEN FIRES UNDER TENTS!! Cleaning fees will be charged for cleaning of tents that have been exposed to being near a fire. Decorations causing damage or are left hanging in tents will be assessed for cleaning / removal / damage fees. Client to incur these costs upon on-site and/or return inspection.

By signing below you adhere to the following terms and conditions as described above and indemnify, defend and hold At Your Service MI, LLC., it’s owners and employees harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the indemnified parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you this agreement or the harm/damage to persons and/or property caused by any/all equipment.

Any customer, who enters a contract with At Your Service MI agrees to have a confirmed and valid credit card on record with us at all times during the rental agreement period. You hereby authorize At Your Service MI to store your credit card information and to charge all sums due to us at any time during the term of this agreement, including damages, unreturned items and extra rental fees for items not returned by the due date.
